Thirroul is a bustling coastal suburb on the northern beaches of Wollongong, where knock downs and rebuilds are commonplace. The clients of this garden wanted to do something different, by keeping the modest frontage of their cottage and as much garden as possible.  The Landscape Plan was already in place when I came onboard to design a modern native garden which would compliment their new home. The garden was planted at the end of 2022 and is already providing privacy with a playful sense of arrival, with plenty of visual interest and habitat for wildlife.
