This front garden in Middle Cove sits opposite a bushland reserve on a quiet street. The clients wanted to spend more time in their front garden both for entertaining and as a private sit spot, secluded from the street.
The brief was for a naturalistic native garden which encases the house in Eucalyptus canopy whist also connecting to the native bushland only metres away. A mixed planting of ground covers, shrubs and grasses provide a soft rambling privacy screen whilst the Dwarf Lemon Scented gums screen from above. A small seating area was created using Porphyry crazy paving with a natural edge.
